ALIBOGAYO currently ships within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Any optional expedited service and its price will be shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Transit	3 to 5 business days
Total estimated delivery	4 to 7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or an incomplete address.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@alibogayo.com immediately if an address is incorrect. If an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Report a package marked delivered but not received within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
