Returns And Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• Seals, shrink wrap and collectible packaging must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase from ALIBOGAYO is required.

Opened trading cards, opened sealed products, gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@alibogayo.com with your order number before sending an item back.

Email support@alibogayo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping

Approved US returns include a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
