Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Any optional expedited service and its price will be shown at checkout when available.

Order processing

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day begin processing according to the stated handling period. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@alibogayo.com immediately if an address is incorrect. If an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Report a package marked delivered but not received within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
